What what what - well it could be - just behind Kingsway lies this homage to LAs finest. If you look at it long enough on a hot sunny day whilst listening to loud rock music...you'll find yourself whisked away to warmer, cooler climates and the Capitol Records building in LA.
If buildings could mate, these two might well be twins.
