Description: Painted around 1983, the 'Slade Gardens Adventure Playground Mural' features many local people including the area policeman, the church vicar, the school dinnerlady, and workers from the adventure playground. The kids are also local.

It also records the playground structures which are now all changed with lower and safer alternatives! If you are lucky, you might meet someone in the painting!
