Location: Chester Square, Belgravia, SW1W

Description: 'Chester Square' in Belgravia has been named the most expensive address in the country for the second year running (Mar 2010).

According to the Land Registry's sales data, the average property price is 6.596 million pounds.

The square, where a home was recently sold to HSBC boss Michael Geoghegan for 10 million pounds, is made up of stucco-fronted houses, most of which are terraced.

Residents past and present include Margaret Thatcher, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Roman Abramovich and his partner Daria Zhukova.
