Description: What better way to make tracks into getting fit and a buzz from some outdoor exercise - then time is nigh to head to Hyde Park on Saturday monrnings.

The 'Serpentine Running Club' meets every Saturday (except the first of the month) at Speakers' Corner in Hyde Park - and with jogs covering two to eight miles and groups of varying speeds - there's something for everyone. Just be there for 9.45am!
